I'm glad you're liking it. Honestly, ...Yey! I'm glad you're liking it. Honestly, I work for a personal training company so I've heard mostly negative comments about P90X and I have never tried it. But I give you a lot of credit for doing something, that's really all that matters.<br /><br />As for food - if you want to lose weight, nutrition is 80% of the battle. Seriously - 80%! I lost about 20 lbs at the beginning of the year by changing the way I ate. I have not kept up with it as much as I would like but I still follow the basics. No HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) or hydrogenated oil; which is TOUGH since it's in everything! But, making a lot of foods from scratch and eating the basics is what makes it easier. Protein is so important! I eat a lot of greek yogurt (Chobani blueberry is my favorite, it's like a dessert), natural sliced turkey breast (sandwich meat), natural peanut butter (watch for hydrogenated oils!), spinach salad, cheese, whole wheat noodles and bread, and I force myself to drink protein shakes right after workouts... which is okay since it's soothing on my stomach :)<br /><br />I just typed out a lot, in no particular order.
